These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of Tasdeeqat (“the Platform”), a service provided by LS Cloud Service (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
By accessing or using the Tasdeeqat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement. You also agree to any future modifications or updates to these Terms and Conditions as may be posted on the Platform. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions for any updates.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, company name, and other relevant details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
Upon registration, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform, subject to your compliance with this Agreement. This license allows you to authenticate documents, add signatures, apply stamps, and manage your documents and clients as outlined by the services provided. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights in the Platform to any third party.
The Platform offers document authentication, client management, invoicing, and secure archiving services for notaries and legal offices. By using the Platform, you agree to use the services in a lawful manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the documents you upload and authenticate through the Platform. The Company is not responsible for verifying the content of documents or for any legal consequences that may arise from the use of the Platform.
Tasdeeqat offers various subscription plans (“Plans”) with different features and services. By selecting a Plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as specified. Payments for Plans are made in advance and are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this Agreement. You agree to provide accurate payment details and to keep them up to date. If your payment method is declined, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform.
You are responsible for paying all applicable fees, taxes, and other charges that may be imposed by your local jurisdiction, including but not limited to VAT or other sales taxes. The Company reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time, but will notify you of any significant changes prior to the renewal of your subscription.

We take your privacy and data security seriously. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect the information you upload to the Platform. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the complete security of your data. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount you paid for the subscription to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or engaged in activities that are harmful to the Company, its employees, or other users. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform will cease, and you will no longer have access to your account or data.
All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, design, and documentation, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without our express written consent.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services. We also reserve the right to update this Agreement as necessary. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use after such changes will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Dubai, UAE. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, lockouts, or other disruptions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the use of the Platform. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
